Yoga starts today and continues Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM through April 26. Intermediate and beginner level instruction for those 55 and older. You will learn yoga breathing techniques, postures, and relaxation techniques to enhance your quality of life. Yoga keeps you flexible and can help lower blood pressure, increase circulation, energy and stamina. $45.00 this session or $6.00 per class to drop in. 860-285-1992.
