Sit, Stretch & Groove begins today and continues every Monday and Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM through April 30 at the Senior Center. This exercise class incorporates balance, stretching, walking and energetic exercise. Participants can choose to exercise sitting in chairs, if preferred. New participants are always welcome. $36.00 this session or $5.00 per class to drop in. 860-285-1992.
