Sit, Stretch & Groove continues every Monday and Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM through January 31 at the Senior Center. This exercise class incorporates balance, stretching, walking, and energetic exercise. Participants can choose to exercise sitting in chairs, if preferred. New participants are always welcome. No class on January 15. $32.00 this session or $5.00 per class to drop in. 860-285-1992.
