Shape Up & Work Out begins again and continues every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Senior Center through February 28. Improve the health of your heart and lungs and keep your bones strong with this on-going exercise program. Weights are available for your use. Newcomers are welcome anytime.
