Join Windsor Historical Society from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 4, for another fun historic
drinks program! In preparation for its 100th Anniversary next year, the society is highlighting life in 1921Windsor with Getting Tight in the Teens and Twenties. Have fun socializing (distantly) while enjoying four different early-20th -century drinks and learning about life in Windsor during this period. Learn what’s in an Aviation, a Martinez, and more, while enjoying the Society’s museums and a cheery outdoor bonfire to stay safe and socially distant! Light refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages will also be provided.

Advanced registration is required, and all participants must be age 21 or over. Cost for this program is $15 ($14 for Historical Society members). Please register online at windsorhistoricalsociety.org or call 860-688-3813 by Wednesday, December 2. Snow date is 6 p.m., Friday, December 11.

To maintain a COVID-safe environment participation is limited to 25 participants. Pre-registered guests are invited to drop in any time between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. (please don’t all come at 6!). Connecticut Phase 2.1 guidelines will be observed, and all participants will be asked to wear a face mask (when not tasting featured drinks) and maintain social distancing. For more information visit
windsorhistoricalsociety.org or call 860-688-3813.

events that have shaped Windsor for over four centuries. The Society’s museum and research library is located at 96 Palisado Avenue (Route 159) and is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday. Admission is free.
