WFandFB was founded in 1967 as the Windsor Community Service Council (WCSC). The all-volunteer Board along with their partners in Social Services, works to accomplish their mission of ensuring that not resident goes hungry, is cold, or without basic necessities. The generosity of local individual, businesses, civic and religious organizations provides for 95 f their operating budget. Donations are tax deductible under E.I.N. 06-0960898.
