Adam Gutcheon, President and Chief Executive Officer
Gutcheon served on Windsor's Economic Development Commission, Conservation Commission, and Town Plan Steering Committee before being appointed in 2004, at the age of 23, to the Windsor Board of Education. He was elected to that office in 2005 and 2007, serving as Vice President of the board and chairman of the Policy Committee.
In 2010, Gutcheon relocated to Washington, D.C. to work for a national political committee. He lived and worked in Washington for eight years as a data engineering and technology leadership consultant in the political and startup sectors.
Guided by an irrepressible love of his hometown, Gutcheon returned to Windsor in December 2018 to take the reins as Executive Director of the Windsor Chamber of Commerce. He is a 2019 recipient of the Windsor Bridge Builder Award.
